For the new year, we are improving the calculation of shipping costs in our online store! Instead of CHF 12 for each order, regardless of the size of the items purchased, we will now charge CHF 5 or CHF 10 for shipping.
We have received feedback from some customers that they would like to see more differentiated shipping costs for our web shop. We have therefore reviewed our pricing structure and will be introducing the following two-tier shipping system in 2026, which is based on the size of the items and is even more affordable for you:
- Thanks to improved processes and packaging costs, we can now ship small items such as cap retainers, eyeglass retainers, wool hats, or smaller clothing items for CHF 5.
- The shipping costs for larger items such as boots, life jackets, jackets, regular clothing, or even several small items are now CHF 10.
This allows us to ensure that shipping costs are reasonable in relation to the value of the goods or the volume of the items ordered.
At the same time, we are discontinuing free shipping. Whereas we previously shipped orders placed in our online store worth more than CHF 250 free of charge, these will now also cost CHF 10. This change will allow us to simplify processes such as returns and multiple orders internally.
