The Romanshorn Yacht Club is the largest sailing club on the Swiss shore of Lake Constance and was founded in 1928. From the very beginning, the club has been strongly characterized by its sporting commitment. On the one hand, through the participation of club members in regattas on both sides of the border and through the organization of races off Romanshorn. Even today, the YCRo is considered a top address for organizing sailing regattas on Lake Constance and counts various Olympic and world champions among its members.

The Romanshorn Yacht Club is at home in the municipal harbor of Romanshorn, where the club shares a building with the harbor service building with the town of Romanshorn with the town of Romanshorn. The YCRo is known around Lake Constance for its annual cruising week and welcomes guests to the club's own restaurant "Zur Mole".
