Schäffeler Wassersport GmbH, based in St.Gallen and Tübach, trades in water sports clothing and equipment and offers services related to water sports and water sports equipment. These general terms and conditions apply to customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein for sales of goods, offers and orders on the website https://schaeffeler-wassersport.ch in the current version at the time of the order.
Order and conclusion of contract
In the shop, the customer places an online order, which initially represents an offer. The order and thus the offer is legally binding for the customer as soon as he/she has agreed to the terms and conditions and clicked on the BUY button.

Schäffeler Wassersport GmbH ships after receipt of payment (if products are in stock). Shipping usually takes 3-5 working days (Switzerland & Liechtenstein).
Shipping
Schäffeler Wassersport GmbH only ships goods purchased via its online shop to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Packaging and shipping in Switzerland and Liechtenstein are 12 CHF. Shipping is free from 250 CHF.
Prices and VAT
For deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, VAT of 8.1% is included in the displayed price.
For the items ordered in the Schäffeler Wassersport shop, only the prices that are displayed in the shopping cart immediately before sending the order apply. Any errors in the price representation remain reserved.

Credit card, Twint and advance payment are accepted (only in Switzerland and Liechtenstein).

If payment is made in advance, production/delivery will only take place after payment has been received. If you order in advance, an electronic QR payment slip (as a PDF) will be sent to you by email.

Coupon

The amount of the voucher is predetermined. The vouchers are issued exclusively in CHF and are freely transferable.
Cash payment of vouchers is excluded.
Retention of title
The ordered goods remain the property of Schäffeler Wassersport GmbH until full payment has been made.
Right of withdrawal/right of return
You can cancel the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods with a description of the reason for the return by returning the goods. The return of the goods is at your responsibility and expense.
The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to inflatable life jackets for reasons of safety and liability.

Delivery defects
We ask you to immediately check the delivered items for accuracy, completeness and integrity. Complaints regarding scope of delivery, material defects, incorrect deliveries and quantity deviations must be reported to us in writing by email within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. The defect will be checked immediately by Schäffeler Wassersport GmbH. If the defect is accepted by Schäffeler Wassersport GmbH, you will receive an identical replacement item if it is in stock and the shipping costs will be refunded. Otherwise, the entire amount will be refunded to you.
