Description
Men's Taku Waterproof Jacket
The redesigned Men's Taku Waterproof Jacket from Mustang Survival is ideal for sailing on inland waters and coastal fishing. It is designed for fast trips in open boats. The 3-layer Marine Spec SP material, which is manufactured without intentionally added PFAS (so-called "forever chemicals"), and the YKK
AQUAGUARD® zippers ensure lasting waterproofing. The materials are lightweight and do not add bulk.
The new Taku Waterproof Jacket was developed for saltwater environments, but is perfectly suited for Europe's inland waters. It features sturdy neoprene cuffs at the wrists and extended inner cuffs designed for compatibility with gloves.
The front flap has been omitted to allow for a slim fit and easy one-handed access to the zipper, while ventilation openings under the arms allow for quick temperature regulation during exertion. An inner elastic hem and a hood that can be stowed in the collar improve protection from the weather. In addition, the new Taku jacket features strategically placed storage space in hand warmer pockets and a secure chest pocket. The 2026 Taku is easy to combine and pairs perfectly with the new Men's Taku Waterproof Salopette for all-around protection that leaves you ready for anything.
